Quality Control For Dyeing Process:
- Analyze raw materials (dyestuffs, Chemicals).
- Check the fastness levels for all ISO systems.
- Check all stages of dyeing.
- Analysis of the yarn.
- Follow the Right First Time (R.F.T) of all batches to reduce costs and to avoid faulty dyeing, shade correction and redyeing.
Q.C System Of Final Product Of Dye House :
- Examination of the cones using special stuffs according to the original shade.
- Assessment dyeing process for:
1- Reproducibility (correct shade with DE less than 1).
2-High fastness levels for all ISO systems.
3-Any rejected batches are separated after treatment to be used in special lines of production
